Our Insert Range
Our Blind Self Tapping Inserts come with a range of internal threads, and a self cutting external thread.
We would recommend blind self-tapping inserts for use in applications where fluid ingression along the internal thread could be an issue.
The insert has a 45 degree shoulder with an undercut which provides an area where a sealant or bonding agent can be applied to help keep a watertight seal.
We can manufacture inserts to specific sizes or different thread combinations, such as imperial or fine pitch threads.

Heavy Duty Blind Threaded Inserts
A different version of our Blind Inserts with a slightly larger external diameter and longer length. Manufactured in 316 A4 Marine Grade Stainless Steel.
Bespoke Blind Threaded Inserts
Of course, sometimes ‘standard’ just won’t cut it, and something more bespoke is required. We offer a non-standard blind self-tapping insert service to accommodate any bespoke requirements you may have.
We manufacture custom-made inserts to your unique specifications or drawing, adapting the head, diameter and hole sizes for your application.
